私の博士課程時の研究内容を、ざっくりとですが載せておきます🌱
I’ll put my research subject outline.

タイトル：
日本産ヒゲナガキバガ科の分類学的再検討

Title: Taxonomic revision of the family Lecithoceridae in Japan

要約_Summary

日本産のヒゲナガキバガを再検討し、９属１６種の記録から、

１１属２７種程度になることを確認した。

I reviewed the Japanese lecithocerid moths and confirmed that there are about 27 species in 11 genera, based on records of 16 species in 9 genera.

また本研究によってはじめて、腐植食性蛾類幼虫の飼育方法が確立された。

加えて本格的に、本科の幼虫・蛹形態、DNA情報（ミトコンドリアCOI領域）

を用いた検討がなされた。

（≒ほぼ誰も、本格的にこのグループの飼育や幼虫・蛹の観察をやったことが無かった）

This study also established, for the first time, a method for rearing larvae of humus-feeding moths.

In addition, a full-scale study was conducted using larval and pupal morphology and DNA information (mitochondrial COI region) of this family.

さらに、本科の幼虫は枯葉を摂食するが、

枯葉の分解には体内の細菌が関わっている可能性も、

本研究によって示唆された。

今後、本科幼虫の枯葉の分解機構解明研究が進めば、

枯葉などに大量に含まれる、

セルロースを利用した、バイオエタノールなどの開発が進むかもしれない。

Furthermore, the larvae of this family feed on dead leaves, and this study suggests that bacteria in their bodies may be involved in the decomposition of dead leaves.

Further research on the decomposition mechanism of the larvae of this family may lead to the development of bioethanol and other products using cellulose, which is contained in large quantities in dead leaves.

課題_Subject

・研究自体にやり残したことはたくさん有る。が、20代の研究はひとまずここまで。

There are many things left to be done in the research itself. But this is the end of my research in my 20s for now.
